The majority of employers (57%) would consider changing their work-from-home policies indefinitely if it proves productive during the Coronavirus pandemic, according to a Monster.com poll.

The Coronavirus has swiftly changed the way we socialize, travel, work, and even look for work. To gain further insight on how employers and employees are handling this uneasy time, Monster.com conducted a poll within its network and found:

  • The majority of employers (57%) would consider changing their work-from-home policies indefinitely if it proves productive during the Coronavirus pandemic.
  • 66% of parents are confident they can work from home with their kids.
  • 81% of workers are concerned about their job security in light of the Coronavirus.
  • 48% of workers don’t think their bosses are being supportive.
  • Nearly 80% of employers are concerned about productivity and business success due to the Coronavirus.
