It gives me great pleasure to announce the release of the 2019 VDC Teaching and Learning Conference Program. We are excited about this year’s conference as it explores how practitioners and students can be Inspired, build Trust and Educate each other.
We will be featuring the keynote speakers over the next few editions of VDC News.
Breaking the Mould through Design Thinking
Key Note Speaker, Dr Christine Murphy is an award-winning Design Thinking lecturer who has won the prestigious RMIT Most Inspiring Lecturer award on two successive occasions and has a host of other awards for excellence for her teaching.
Dr Murphy will be asking attendees to consider how to apply Design Thinking concepts to their training and organisational structures. If It Ain’t Broke. Then Break It! and Stand and Deliver are two illuminating key note presentations that are supported by follow up workshops, where Christine will be exploring why there is the need for risk taking and courage in a risk adverse world.
