The Victorian Department of Education and Training (DET) is funding professional development to support Skills First contracted training providers in preparing Training and Assessment Strategies that are consistent with Standard 1 of the National Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Standards and the Users’ Guide to the Standards for RTOs 2015.
The VDC has been engaged by DET to design and deliver this program to training providers who are approved to deliver under the 2018-19 Skills First Funding Contract. This free workshop focuses on developing effective training and assessment strategies, and will also cover contractual requirements, documenting, development and continuous improvement.
Ten free workshops will be held at the VDC from 17 May to 22 June.
