Government-funded and VET-in-Schools student numbers both down in 2022

New data from National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) tells us that the number of students in government funded training fell 4.3% to about 1.196 million in 2022. While the number of students enrolled in nationally recognised VET also decreased by 5.1% over the year, those enrolled in non-nationally recognised training increased by 3.5%.
