ASQA recently announced that new third -party arrangements were coming into effect as from 1 September 2019 and there was transition period for existing arrangements. The tranisition to meet the requirements set out in the General Direction has now been extended from 1 November 2019 to 1 January 2020.<\/p>\n

Any new third-party arrangements must meet the requirements set out in the General Direction as of 1 September 2019.<\/p>\n
